Here is everything from Speccy

The CPU is definitely not running at 111 degrees. The thing would have fried itself if that were true. It's only rated to operate at 100 degrees I believe. CoreTemp reports it at 0 degrees, which is confusing.
The laptop should use the integrated graphics and also the dedicated 7670M when it runs an application that has been designated as 'High Performance' (I've done this for any game I've tried). I think I should be getting better performance than I am.
Running the prime95 stress test i can't get a proper temperature reading for my CPU. Is there another program I can try. RealTemp won't work with this CPU and CoreTemp doesn't seem to work properly. Speccy is probably lying.
Running the Furmark stress test gives me about 11fps. I don't get any GPU temps from it or MSI Afterburner.
I'm not sure what I can do to diagnose the actual temperatures. The fact that I can feel heat coming off the laptop isn't great and indicates I have to fix something. I figure something must be wrong internally. I'm sure there is a ton of dirt/dust on the inside. The laptop is three years old, could there be a problem with the heatsink on the CPU or the GPU? How would I go about fixing this? Without actually having any proof I figure either the CPU or the GPU (maybe both) are thermal throttling themselves and seriously impacting performance. What can I do to make this laptop run properly?
