![]() @Gofarman some faster RAM maybe. I don't know the quality of the SSD or PSU nor exact details of that EVA gpu cooler, but my default 970 recommendation is the msi gaming edition. You're missing a cooler ;p --------------- 980ti is officially official now. Looks like they kept all cache/ROP's/memorycontrollers intact and only cut SMM's. They cut 24 to 22, so only an 8.334% loss. That could present as a 5% or even lower performance difference vs Titan X, having 6GB of VRAM too. 290x vs 290 is a similar situation with marginally more cores cut - but even that equates to often only a 3 - 4.5% performance difference when they're clocked the same. That's very very small, it's not even like 670 vs 680 or 7950 vs 7970 gap. It's too small to even worry about unless you're buying the card for benchmarking. To compare 780/780ti vs 980ti/TitanX.. they all have all memory, ROP's etc. 780 has 80% of the core clusters of 780ti~ 980ti has 91.67% of the core clusters of Titan X. Less than half of the difference. Seems to have maybe even marginally better price/performance than 980, which is a surprise to me. Coming 8.5 months after 970/980, my opinion now is that i'm an idiot and should have waited ![]() ![]() Gsync now works without needing an application in exclusive fullscreen, which is nice. and optimizations and bug fixes which can provide increased performance for Kepler-based GPUs.

i can't run twitcher 3 , it just tries to load for 0.5 second then nothing happens i tried verifiying steam cache, updating graphics driver, and forcing to directx11 using windows 8 sdk trick i guess i need new graphics card, although this one works amazingly (ran crysis, dota, gta3, skyrm with 80 mods etc) and i can't see how anything can be worth the money it'll cost in upgrading..... so lets say i have £100-150 range to spend on a card (preferably lower side but always optimal choice) here are my specs
i can't get any more info on the motherboard , i guess i have to look at it physically? i guess knowing my motherboard exactly would be SUPER important because it might not be able to have modern cards installed on it or something?? let me know if u need more info what card should i get?

The only minimum requirement that your system meets for Witcher 3 is hard drive space. The recommended CPU is about 3x faster than yours, as well as asking for 6GB of RAM (though i know that's not -actually- 100% required to start the game). Your GPU doesn't support dx11, so you can't force it~ Crysis is an ~8 year old game, dota is graphically light, Skyrim was primarily designed for the xbox360 which had 0.5GB of RAM total (system and VRAM) and very very little graphical horsepower. gta3 is 14 years old. You're a little out of touch with more modern games ![]()

eh well what about bioshock 3, i played that no problem :D (20fps or whatever) two year old game that was relatively graphically light for its time. Witcher is one of the hard hitters of -today-, though it runs a lot better with certain settings down i had black ops working too (only played 5 mins , got bored) five year old console port, graphically light you see where this is going ;p

I'm not sure i can name many to be honest, not having played more than a few games recently. I tend to play like three games but for 10'000 hours dying light, cities:skylines, star citizen, ashes of the singularity? guessing a little there. "run" is very different from "aggressively raise settings on" or "have the cpu power to play smoothly even at low settings" so i guess you could "run" a surprising amount of stuff if you were tolerant of bad performance

oh yeah i wud be playing star citizen but dont want to pay for early access yet cpu will be an issue for another day. i will probably have to deal with motherboard before then and wont be able to afford either of them. my E8400 hasn't let me down yet and i have no lack of faith in it. i'm sure all this i5 i7 rubbish is overrated

Better and with four cores, but not that amazing. 6'th gen i5 releasing in ~august 2015 is a completely different story though ![]() my E8400 hasn't let me down yet because you ask very little of it. When your games stop booting though, that's where even the hardcore low end people have to draw the line :Dlike, is this the kind of card i would be happy with for the next 5 years? I would say no, not at all.. but it depends what you demand from it

Different game/s free with radeon card too? I didn't check them recently. I got an email for the witcher 3 free thing and saw a forum thread for it again though i can't recommend shit, even if your PSU and the graphics card etc works fine it might not even start the game or other stuff might not work~
