She rarely has multiple tabs going. I am checking out speedtest.net, I'll let you know when I get that tested. EDIT: If I am reading it correctly my down/up was 1.44 Mbps download speed and 0.36Mbps upload speed.

Well, not necessarily an issue, you'd have to contact them if you're not getting the speeds you're paying for. But too low of bandwidth can cause serious connection issues for gaming.

I'm not sure how to fix this... It's been a few days that it has been doing this. I've tried switching power supplies and making sure everything is connected properly. Help please! Do you get a POST beep? And if not, have you ever gotten a POST beep from it?

... I feel like an idiot now, but thanks a lot for the help. (I thought that paste wasn't necessary, so I saved myself a few bucks. Hope I didn't ruin the cpu :D)

Hope I didn't ruin the cpu :D) You might have, but that's why it throttles down at high heat. It's very mandatory, look up the proper way to do it. And just because we call it thermal paste does NOT mean that it will hold down the heatsink on it's own, you still need mounting hardware. This is, unfortunately, not condescension, it's just something that's caused me to facepalm every time I haven't elaborated.
