This one says it's a "SATA III (6.0 Gb/s) Controller Card" so that should be pretty clear if you know what SATA is.

Clarity Gaming is talking to a player right now about streaming. According to this player, his computer is not capable of streaming even at the lowest setting. His graphics card is: GTX550 TI His MOBO is: H61M-HVGS If CG buys him a better graphics card, will it be able to handle streaming even with his MOBO or does he need a new MOBO too?

The two things that matter in streaming is the processor and internet upload speed. If your player is unable to stream comfortably then he is either 1. Using incorrect stream settings. 2. Does not have a quad core processor. Most games, including Starcraft II, use at least two cores. If you only have a dual core processor such as a Pentium or Core i3 then your only two available cores are used for the game and none left over for the stream itself. 3. Has low upload speed (eg. 1 Mbps or lower). or a combination of the three. You can of course still stream with a low upload speed or with a dual core processor. You'd just have to lower the settings by quite a bit depending on exactly how bad your processor and upload is.

Encoding difficulty is pretty much linear with resolution and FPS, so ~540p, 24fps stream would be ~1/8'th as much cpu load (approximating) as 1080p48fps stream would be, getting a working stream is relatively easy, getting a decent/good one is a lot harder and dependant on circumstances/hardware/internet etc, and regardless of what happens there's a performance reduction on in gameplay, basically Sc2 is very easy on graphics card, 550ti would have no trouble on low settings if not higher

I'm planning to buy a new graphics card to power the following screens: - 2x U2312 DVI - 2x U2312 miniDP - 1x TV HDMI I've been looking at different cards (7870 or 270x mainly). Now the question is, is it even possible to do that and use all of them at the same time?
