I have both Source SDK base 2006 and 2007 installed, not 100% sure why. Do any of those 2 are required to play games like CSS or TF2? Or are they required only when you want to play an HL2 mod or something like that? Thanks!

Things like that can be some sort of software problem. I'm thinking of a slow down where the mouse pointer will keep moving for a second after you have already stopped moving your hand. If it's like this, the mouse is not at fault. The mouse itself does not slow down at all, instead the PC is slow to react. Don't use a weird USB port like for example on a hub or USB 3.0, use something USB 2.0 at the back of the PC. Look at updating board drivers for chipset and USB. I've also seen choppy mouse pointer movement when the PC was working on stuff like accessing HDD which was fixed by flashing a different BIOS version for the board. I guess it could also be the graphics driver doing something weird. Think back about what you changed when the problem first showed up. In the Control Panel, if you use the search box you can get to a list of installed Windows updates and sort that by date. You can also look at the 'uninstall program' screen and sort that list by installation date.

The slow down feels more like the sensitivity is turned way down randomly fro brief (1-2 seconds) of time, if that helps. I'm also on a laptop, if that helps.

seems like a weird problem. Can you try pluggin the keyboard to different PC? Seems like some kind of software issue. Deleting (wiping clean) the drivers for Blackwidow and reinstalling them is also worth a try. Jer99: As far as I know, most of them are fine. I'm using TP-Link TL-WN722N myself and it's doing it job without a hassle. But in this field I'm not as experienced as I wish I were ![]()

Works very well with full bars. I get about 50-85 mbps off a 100 mbps plan. The router is located 1 floor and 1 room across from me so about 8 meters away through 1 wall and 1 floor.

Try "Any Video Converter". I use it to convert sitcoms to mp3, mp4, etc etc. There are a lot of options.

I'll try to plug the keyboard to other PC if the problem comes back. The problem just ''vanished'' lol, the keyboard works fine now, and I didn't tried anything more to fix. Thanks

Anyway we went vacationing for a week, and I had it unplugged just in case. Now it's completely dead, as I've been trying to turn it on for 3 days now, and no luck. Any ideas? I'm assuming its a PSU issue, but not really sure. And if it is PSU any recommendations? I run gtx295 + Asus xonar iirc Thanks in advance

While it's on everything was fine, but after restart, for example, it would not power on at all (mobo lights stayed lit but that is it. no fan noises etc). Mobo light has been on though with it plugged it You're sure the power switch is connected to the right pins on the motherboard? And to make sure, nothing happens when you press the power switch right? No fans are turned on?
