Will it bottleneck an i5 2500K @ 4.8 GHz in sc2 (high graphic settings in 1366 x 800 something) / diablo 3 (high graphic settings, relatively high resolution)? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150521&Tpk=HD-687A-ZDFC What is the "relatively high resolution" you talk about for Diablo 3? This card will definitely run SC2 fine at the lowish resolution that you mentioned for it, especially since SC2 is fairly CPU-intensive and an overclocked i5 works great for it.

I did Win7 "upgrade" which I guess you can't just pop in the x64 version and reformat into it, you have to install it on top of an old existing Windows (XP for me)?? At least this is what friends and tech support have told me. I was aware that I have access to both versions, but everywhere I looked I've been told I can't just use it to install x64, I'd have to reinstall my old copy of XP as well. Not that that's TOO much more work, essentially same process . . .

But you should be able to run D3 with reasonable settings with the 6870. On the other hand, by the time D3 comes out, the next generation midrange cards will be out ![]()

I have an external HD that I last used 2 years ago. I don't care about anything that's on it(including some viruses most likely), and I want to wipe it clean so I may hook it up to my pc(which only has a 128gb ssd right now). Do I just right-click on the drive and press "format"? Will this get rid of everything? Thank you, good luck, and have fun

You may want to consider taking the harddisk out of the case and installing it inside your computer (that is, if the case allows you to easily remove the disk). You'll get a much better performance from it that way.

Is it possible to disable/rebind my caps lock key without using freeware. If not, is there any freeware anyone would recommend? I tried KeyTweak but that didn't work and that's the only one I knew. TIA

After much searching (and attempted use of AutoHotkey and remapping the registry) I found a great program to disable caps lock. Thanks again for the quick response anyways. For anyone who wants to know, the program I used to disable Caps lock is called CapsUnlock. Hope that might help some people.

![]() I know theres a difference between byte and bit, but either way, one of my speeds should be 13 times faster according to this. Is this normal? What are 13000kBit/s and 1000kBit/s in mb/s? I'm really confused since all the online speed tests use different units as well xD.

16000 Kb/s equates to 16Mb/s. This translates to 2 mB/s (the actual download speed). They just put you on a 14/1 profile because your line probably can't sync at a higher profile. Not sure why you think something should be 13 times faster...

Otherwise the information the website/program is giving you is lying or glitchy.

I am sure you are confusing bits with Bytes (Bytes are 8 bits). kBits/s? Awful ISP. Was this page written by 6th graders?
