+ Show Spoiler + 1. What's your grip style? mostly fingertip, sometimes a little bit palm-ish 2. What's your sensitivity? Medium I guess? Currently playing at ~1000dpi, between 800 and 1100 would be ok 3. What's your maximum budget? I don't necessarily have a max budget but I don't think the kind of mouse I'm looking for should cost more than 50€. 4. Do you want additional buttons? No. 5. What games do you play? SC2 and a bit of osu 6. Do you mind angle snapping? I'm not entirely sure. It sounds bad, but afaik my Abyssus had it and I've never felt any disadvantages. 7. Other relevant information: Most importantly it needs to be small and leightweight. Good build quality would obviously be nice.

The ones I've found are the Zowie Mico, Logitech g100s and Steelseries Kinzu v2 (the v2 doesn't have the built in acceleration anymore, right?) but I didn't find the Mico or Kinzu in a store to try them out so I don't know if they're any good. I also lost track a bit because it seems there are bazillions of gaming mice. If there are any other similar mice, please let me know, I've spoilered the questions from the OP below. + Show Spoiler + 1. Personally I prefer the MiCO because it's smaller but some people have issues with a slightly buggy sensor and squeeky mouse wheel which goes away after a week or two.

My MiCO stopps working like 5 times every game and it is really fucking anyoying, especially in battles and such, so basically just a mouse with a pretty plain layout, rather small, no extra buttons needed really. Thanks. The Asian Edition Razer Salmosa is pretty small.

I am thinking about the micro but the dpi is so low(I use 2000 on my deathadder). Also I want to try claw grip. I seen Dragon use it in his streams and many people said it is pretty good for rts games. The other mouses by ZOWIE I had not heard of much for playing RTS games

The only issues are that 1) I have rather small hands and since the DA is a medium/large(?) palm grip mouse, sometimes I wonder whether my hand is a ltitle too small (it still feels comfortable though); and 2) I think my natural grip as far as gaming is more of a claw/fingertip kind of a grip, so when I game with the deathadder, things feel a bit off. On the other hand, the palmed grip just feels really really nice. I've been using it for a couple of years and it's great, but I've never been able to shake the feeling that I'm a little imprecise with the mouse, and it feels just slightly "off" when I'm playing games, like the control isn't as tight as it was with the small/claw grip cheapo mouse I had before. Would it be worth getting the zowie mico? Also, would gaming with a claw/fingertip grip on a smaller mouse like that put more strain on my wrist and render me more prone to injuring myself? :X Thanks!! Wait I actually meant the CM storm spawn wtf, I always mix the two. Thanks >_<

Also just ordered a performance MX for under 40 dollars. A bit of an impulse buy but it would be nice to have a wireless mouse for my laptop.

Fingertip 2. What's your sensitivity? Currently I'm running a Steelseries Sensei Raw at 900CPI, 1000Hz polling rate on a 2560x1440 monitor. 3. What's your maximum budget? Not particularly fussed on budget. 4. Do you want additional buttons? I like having a thumb button or two, but I'm not especially fussed. 5. What games do you play? I play some SC2, Total War: Rome 2 and Dota 2. However, I do also enjoy playing FPS games as well as RPGs (such as The Witcher 2). 6. Do you mind angle snapping? I'd rather not have it. Other Comments I've tried out a friend's g9x and loved it, although I've read in this thread how it has sensor issues, so I'd rather something with a similar form factor but a flawless sensor. I've considered buying a CM Storm Spawn, but they seem to be pretty hard to find in Australia, and I'd rather avoid all that fussing about with firmware that seems to come with that particular mouse. Am I stuck with having to wait for a successor to the g9x, or are there other mice out there that would suit my needs? Finally, I'm using a Steelseries QcK Mass.

Claw 2. What's your sensitivity? Medium 3. What's your maximum budget? ~$40-~$60, hoping to get something on sale since Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend 4. Do you want additional buttons? Forward and backward buttons, otherwise, not really 5. What games do you play? SC2, LoL, MMORPGs 6. Do you mind angle snapping? No, but if there's an option for not having it, then preferably that Other Comments I'm looking at the Level 10m right now, and I almost impulse bought it. I spent a lot of time researching my keyboard so I feel bad if I just bought a mouse so suddenly. I don't mind if there's plenty of better mice, but if the Level 10m isn't bad, then I'd like to buy it ~$40 after rebate (before everywhere else on sale runs out of stock). My current mouse (Wireless 5000) isn't so bad but my issues with it that I'm trying to solve are: Wireless: I dislike it's weight and having to replace batteries constantly; however, I like not having too many wires so I might have to buy a mouse bungee when I buy a wired mouse Gloss: It collects some form of dirt on it and while it's easy to wipe off, I'd rather not have a quickly dirtying mouse Size: My hands are small, and while the mouse isn't especially big, I'd prefer a smaller mouse http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009GTV3S4/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER Also, looking at the EG mouse, but only because it's EG, but I'm not super excited for it.

People, myself included, spend way too much time complaining about stuff that doesn't work well, so I thought I'd come here and give a company some well deserved good rep. Now I'm not a fan of any company but I have to say that Logitech has treated me right (twice now) and I want to recommend them publicly. I had a G500 for about 3 years and I decided to buy a G500s to have a "backup mouse" since I've been playing quite a bit of counter strike. My G500 is still functional after 3 years which is not bad at all given how much I use it, and I even got some free mouse feet from Logitech when I contacted them to say mine were worn out. So anyway I received my G500s about 40 days ago and recently I noticed that the left mouse button squeaks, like plastic rubbing on plastic, every time I click. The mouse is otherwise perfectly functional but it sounds cheap and it's annoying. I contacted Logitech, telling them exactly that, and now they're sending me a new G500s. I don't even have to send mine it. I wouldn't be so surprised if the mouse was broken and unusable, but it's not. It works, it's just annoying. You can hear the sound it makes here: https://www.mediafire.com/?k2qien6mq6ucgq2 So yeah, Logitech's support is stellar.

Is it only me that is wondering why they didn't make a new one? People still use the 2007 ESReality mousescore.

palm 2. What's your sensitivity? 3600-4000 dpi 3. What's your maximum budget? 80 4. Do you want additional buttons? programable buttons, 2 buttons on the left side, no buttons on the right side 5. What games do you play? Dota2 6. Other relevant information: Have a razer imperator, like it, don't lift the mouse up and down(which was a big flaw in it). Its becoming glitchy. Looking for something new. Any other information needed just ask. Thank you for any suggestions.

If you like the g9x the Storm is worth finding. Download firmware v61 for the best tracking and if you get the capslock but (you will know almost immediately) then upgrade to firmware v102. Only difference is lower max tracking speed in v102.

Thanks, I've taken the dive and purchased the mouse. It'll probably take a month or so to get here, it was really hard to find, to the point where I'm shipping it from overseas. I might post a little review after I've had some time with it!

Palm 2. What's your sensitivity? 3500 dpi (400 when i play cs) 3. What's your maximum budget? ~40-60€ 4. Do you want additional buttons? 7 would be nice 5. What games do you play? Dota, some ARPG like PoE, CS:GO Im currently using Razer Deathadder that I bought from 2011 (October-ish), it's basically my best mouse so far yet, the only complaint is the double click problem after 1 year (I tried to clean it inside, fixed for a few months then it happens again). I have seen great reviews for Sensei RAW but they are kinda expensive here on amazon (I live in germany). I'd like to know if there is any similar mouse to Razer Deathadder/Copperhead (like sensei) with 5 (optional: or more buttons)
