Dota, some ARPG like PoE, CS:GO Im currently using Razer Deathadder that I bought from 2011 (October-ish), it's basically my best mouse so far yet, the only complaint is the double click problem after 1 year (I tried to clean it inside, fixed for a few months then it happens again). I have seen great reviews for Sensei RAW but they are kinda expensive here on amazon (I live in germany). I'd like to know if there is any similar mouse to Razer Deathadder/Copperhead (like sensei) with 5 (optional: or more buttons) zowie ec1 evo (or ec2).

Fingertip 2. What's your sensitivity? 1000 dpi 3. What's your maximum budget? <$100 4. Do you want additional buttons? Nope, don't care 5. What games do you play? LoL, CS:GO, Dota 2 6. Other relevant information: I was looking at the Deathadder, but with fairly large hands and a fingertip style, I was warned it's probably not a long enough mouse for me. I manhandle my Logitech M500 that I got forever ago and never bothered with a gaming mouse because I don't care for mouse buttons, but with Christmas around the corner I figured I'd use around $100 that I put away for gifts extra that I'm not going to end up using, and want a nice mouse. 130-180mm length range would be ideal, but as long as it's 125mm+ it won't be an issue.

1. What's your grip style? Fingertip / Claw. Mostly finger tip. 2. What's your sensitivity? Low to moderate. 3. What's your maximum budget? I don't want a cheap mouse that will break soon, but I don't want a fancy expensive mouse. 70 would be the limit 4. Do you want additional buttons? Not necessary. 5. What games do you play? SC2 dominantly. Once in awhile Counter strike / LoL 6. Do you mind angle snapping? I am not sure? 7. Other relevant information: I've been looking at the sensei. I really like the shape of the mouse functionally and aesthetically, but I am quite hesitant to spend 60 dollars on a mouse that most people say is low quality, and has many issues! Thanks!

And I play starcraft exclusively, rarely some counter-strike or LoL. Thanks! I use the Sensei Raw, but personally I find it isn't especially suited to a fingertip/claw grip. It's definitely a palm mouse through and through. You're better off looking at smaller mice with your grip style. Some popular ones are the Logitech g9x, the CM Storm Spawn, and the Zowie MiCO.

When selecting the Imperator, I felt that the new design looked great, and felt more comfortable than the G5 or other mice on display. The ultra-light weight was very important. The matte finish is great, as are adjustable thumb buttons. Razer's "Synapse" keeps my DPI and profiles stored on-mouse, a brilliant idea. The 3.5G 5600dpi laser is very high quality, but more resolution than I need. The mouse is very light, at 2.3 ounces (65g), not including the cord. The tracking is exceptional, even at the highest speeds, using a hard mouse surface. Having 5 programmable DPI presets is great for fine-tuning, and moving between surfaces, monitors, and activities. The feedback from the primary and secondary buttons is what set the mouse apart from my previous mouses. The thumb buttons are incredibly sturdy, letting you keep your thumb on them while mousing accurately - and you can adjust them. The ergonomics are outstanding, and I can't say enough about the excellent shape of the mouse, particularly near the mouse buttons. The right/outside of the mouse felt a little too convex for me at first, but I noticed that it provides consistent and balanced leverage for your fingers when lifting and re-positioning the mouse. Easily fixed when discovering the adjustable thumb buttons. My grip: Finger-tip, sometimes claw. My sensitivity: 2800dpi. I paid around $80 for the mouse, and use it for RTS, FPS, RPGs, and everything else. I also wanted to point out that the OP contains the full weight of each mouse, including the cord. It'd be great to see the weight of the mouse only, as the cord weight is mostly irrelevant for non-laptop users.

You can hear the sound it makes here: https://www.mediafire.com/?k2qien6mq6ucgq2 My old mx518 refresh has recently started to make the same noises when i right click. Its still ususable but it gets really annoying after some time. I will have to get the g400s which is basicly the same mouse but i dont like the new logitech designs at all. First world problem. :/

doesn't matter as he is most likely not using that high sensitivity anyways (and 400 dpi in cs!)

I''m looking for something that has a ~600 CPI setting and a ~1600-1800 CPI setting. I also do want a practically 'flawless" sensor with no acceleration, tracking issues, egregious smoothing, latency... Light is preferable. Not too large, medium/small. As for the shape, I'd have to look at the mouse or try it out to know if I'll like it or not. I like the shape of the Roccat Savu and Kone pure. In fact I almost picked up a Kone pure for $44 on black friday but the Avago 9800 held me back. I'd also like a pretty slick mousepad to go with it, something at least as quick as a Razer goliathus speed. I use about 40cm/360 so it needs to be a medium sized mat. Thanks.

Last time I tried them on my previous DA, it was frustrating as I could never get the mouse to feel the same way as the legacy drivers. Have they improved from ~1 year ago enough to the point where it's worth trying to use them again? It´s better now for sure. There´s still this online/cloud thing...

There's a high chance I'll be doing a lot of traveling in 2014, and being able to easily bring settings over to new PCs will be handy.

Is there any modern mouse with a tiny size like the Salmosa SE but with better technology?
