Bump! New Version. Korean support should be fixed. For some reason, the koKR install has one less file than other locales... I can play on US Servers just fine with my koKR install, but someone in Korea let me know if it works for you.

Also, added a simple locale switcher. If you have already relocalized your install and wish to switch between locales (for playing in multiple regions) or manually combined locales of mulitple installs, to save space. This mode is for you! It only changes the Base.SC2Data ProductLocale.txt file and leaves everything else alone.

So... is there real possibility of Blizzard banning my key because of using this utility? I really think it's extremely useful, because the portuguese dub is awful, but I want to know the chances of losing my key.

Also, what's this about "99% complete"? You mean I won't play the game in full english?

I just tried the new version on my Korean account, can't get on US battle.net. But I have a Korean cdkey so I think that's the problem. Maybe I'll just get the US game as well.

This is what exactly I wanted.

However, some text such as mission objectivities shows as "????? ?? ???" if I change my locale to koKR.

Had to copy bl.ttf to somewhere in Mods/Core.SC2Mod/koKR.SC2Data

and modified FontStyles.SC2Style accordingly.

I have the EU version, and I'm trying to play on the LA server, but all I get is "you need an authorized language pack" message. What am I doing wrong?

I can play on the LA servers with the enUS server just fine. What error are you getting?

This tool does modify data files. Using it is most likely a violation of the ToS. If Blizzard wanted to ban your account for using it, they could. That being said, Blizzard doesn't need any reason to ban your account. Do I think they will? No, I don't. The tool provides no in-game advantage, or modify the game in any way except changing the locale. At worst, I expect Blizzard would modify their game to make my tool not work anymore. There are a number of very simple ways they could do this.

As for 99% complete, there are some things still display in the target locale...

It's working now, I run the bat and chose source language enUS and target language ptBR and its fine. Im' from Brazil.

I was making the inverse before, chosing source lang ptBR and target enUS.

But now its fine. Ty for the fast feedback
