what is a decent price for a 20-23 inch monitor that has 1080p and preferably has an hdmi port (if not, it would need to come with a dvi cable). Speakers would be nice since I don't have any external ones but not a deal breaker. graphics card is a hd radeon 6870. (was also wondering, does changing the fan speeds on the graphics card void the warranty? I was gonna enter the performance tab of CCC but it popped up with a warning about modifying settings could void your cards warranty so I got scared.) Would prefer to get the monitor from amazon as I have to pay tax for newegg. Ideally looking for one that is sub 140 Thanks again for any help

With the magic of Google Products search... link Before shipping, yes; otherwise, not unless used.

Hopefully that monitor you linked me goes on sale sometime at amazon as other wise I need to pay tax as well How likely is it that I can find a decent 1920x1080 monitor with hdmi for 140 on sale?

Depends on what your total system is going to be. I am assuming we are using at least 3 Graphics cards (prob 7970's) yes? We need to know so we recommend the right amount of PCI-e slots and such.
