I also think your motherboard is a little over the top, but that depends on how hardcore you want to overclock things I suppose. "Gaming and school work" is not necessarily the most descriptive computer lifestyle ever. But that would require a more intimate knowledge of the buyer anyway.
But any way you look at it. $215 on a power supply is simply not for you.

hmmmm ok i think that i will go with the FSP + Show Spoiler + also what mother board do you recomend if i will only be overclocking to around 4 or 4.5

There, saved you 250$ with no performance loss
@below Nah, just like I didn't need to help him. I'd love to type super long arguments but this keyboard is terrible so I need to keep it short, what's most important is that my message gets a "dont do it" message accross.
Then again if you dislike that maybe you could instead have given him the advice so I wouldn't have had to type anything in the first place?

did you really need to add 'wtf man' and 'do you have any idea' blah blah blah?

There's nothing wrong with it. Its a full tower chassis and you probably don't want one because its fucking huge.
I don't support the Bitfenix case either since it uses hilarious bare hardware mounts. If you're willing to pay close to $200 for a case, I'd say pick out one with decent hard drive mounts.

As far as I can remember, the HAF922 aren't any dust filters. Dust filters may impede airflow but they make dust cleanup a billion times easier. If you have moulting cats and dogs, they're basically a necessity if you don't want to ruin your fans.
Since I assume you like the whole "gamer" aesthetic, the Antec Eleven Hundred might be a good idea. Looks like it has the typical Antec robustness. A little bit expensive since it doesn't include two front fans but its not like decent 120mm fans are particularly expensive.
The Corsair Carbide series is also extremely good. Good design and built very well.

NZXT, in general, is not very good. They have a few decent cases like the Phantom but most of them aren't well designed or are built well.

what do you think of the vulcan? i am considering buying it

As I said, NZXT tend to build cheapass cases designed to appeal to the ricer GAMER PRIDE crew. The Vulcan is cheap and that is literally its only good side. The metal is paper thin, the paint job chips easily, and most standard height CPU coolers can't fit.
Pay ~$10-20 more and you can get a Silverstone PS07. The only problem is that it doesn't have handles. Its not like that matters, you can add your own if you really want to. Drill four holes and screw two handles at both ends.
Anyway, I personally think u-type handles on cases like these are kind of silly. The weight distribution is completely uneven and they're still extremely wide to be carrying around like a briefcase. For bulky stuff, I prefer carrying them with a backpack or carrying like a baby...I guess the market they're trying to target is the market that doesn't know how to lift heavy things with their legs.

Alright, so here's the build now. I was told the case I proposed could be better? Any recommendations that are in the same price range? Also, a recommendation on which 6870 would do this rig justice would be very much appreciated. It seems like everything will be compatible yes? Any and all input is welcome. Thanks TL community. All the love to you guys.

Honestly, I have no idea why people are willing to pay up to £200-300 for a motherboard. Is there any real practical improvements in terms of FPS in games? Of course a better designed motherboard gives me better heat dissipation and more stable voltages, but apart from bragging rights, what does achieving that 5.0Ghz+ really do for me? .... Forgive me for my ignorance, but if I know for a fact that I won't be needing a dual GPU configuration, nor having a tonne of SSD/HDDs, isn't it very logical to save about £50 to get a budget motherboard that can still overclock up to 4.9Ghz on a mere air cooler?
Well, you do need a reasonable mobo to achieve over ~4.4-4.5GHz (if you are lucky and your chip can go for higher OC's depending on silicon quality, this doesn't all depend on mobo). You're not gonna wanna try to do 4.9GHz at 1.45V(or whatever Vcore it takes) on the most basic P67/Z68 mobo with only 4 power phases and no heatsinks on them.
More expensive motherboards can have (not limited to this list, but examples): - more power phases, higher quality VRM - more connectivity (more USB 2/3, more SATA 2/3, eSata, Firewire, extra PCI-e slots, front panel USB3 headers, etc etc etc) - dual bios so you can flash your board without fear of bricking - convenience buttons on the mobo such as power, reset, etc. - killer looks (I wish I had gotten an ASRock Extreme3 Gen 3, goes much better with the rest of my system) - etc.
