edit> also colossi need them octopus mode, when they just take thor/ultralisk or any terran building and wrap it with their legs and then start doing the octopus things.

Obviously fireplace. As posted before, protoss absorb EM wave. Fireplace have, you know, fire and light, it emit EM wave. It will help them regen HP. Zerg biological unit can regen HP, it is only fair that the protoss bio unit can regen HP, which they cannot at this moment. Also, since the protoss absorb energy from the fireplace, they can regen energy faster that way, and may be have a faster movement speed within range of the fireplace. Obliviously, energy dissipate against range, the further away from the fireplace, the buff will be reduced.

vineyard produce wine, which would be helpful for regen MANA, however, protoss don't have mana, only have energy, wne don't help them much. The other possible effect of wine is that it is a psychoactive substance, it might affect psi-storm, however, given what we know about the effect of wine to human body, we can predict wine might make psi-storm unstable and unpredictable, which is no good, the HT might accidentally storm himself.

Jacuzzi not much use either, if spawning pool give zerging, jacuzzi can only give zealing. Cost 50 mineral, with 25 shield and 50 hp, it is not better than zealot whatsoever. the best benefit is that if the shield of zealing get depleted, they can merge together to be a zealot to get back the 50 shield. but with shield battery, it is probably not very useful.

I was wondering, even if Protoss use photosynthesis, they still need nutrients. Do they just absorb it through their feet?
