From iNcontroL’s Twitter: To offer some solace in this time of grief: We've learned that Geoff passed quickly and painlessly from a blood clot in his lungs. He was with friends. He always urged and led us by example to take care of ourselves to the best of our ability. Remember to do that for him today. | ||

He always had such good spirit and brought so many laughs and smiles on peoples faces. Life can really be unfair :'( | ||

He had a quality that's hard to describe, you might call it leadership, but it's closer to friendship than that. Whoever you were, he just made you feel accepted, like you were on his team, and he had a way of elevating everyone around him. He did most of that simply by being open, including others, and being kind to people. Really simple qualities that anybody could choose to have, qualities that were rare 15 years ago, and even rarer today. That's what I think of when I think of Geoff. How big of an impact simple kindness and friendship can have, and how easy, rare, and valuable that is. | ||
