YoDa, B4, Gerrard arrested for match-fixing - Page 34

Based on the official Police investigation, only the above players have been implicated in matchfixing. There is no reason to further accuse other players and teams until we get more information. Incessant blind accusations will not be tolerated. Please read the thread and the updates before posting.

As of page 54 we will be moderating against match fixing accusations for players who were not caught in this incident, including those using voided Pinnacle bets as evidence.

Lol @ anyone who defended MKP.

FWIW, I'm not going either way on this until I hear more, but people keep talking as if MKP was on Prime when the ByuL game happened. He was already on MVP at the time

at this point I really doubt they'll even release match lineups in advance anymore.

I don't think so. They didn't stop after 2010/2011 and I don't think they'll stop now.

they introduced it in the 4th round of the 09-10 season because of the previous scandal and then brought it back in the first SC2 season of proleague with was 12-13.

I still don't get why they brought back the old system especially after what happened last time.

They can't take down the powerful FPL lobby like this.

we still had FPL for 10-11 season and it didn't suck.

Well starting next year it will be in real time so it won't matter

Proleague clock was never about spectators not being able to time it; it's so time bets (like the under/over bets mentioned earlier) aren't possible

Unless a name is released do not spread slander around please, next time will be a ban.

This goes for anyone else too except there won't be a warning first ^^

actually double blind and no announced line ups still work for FPL. it's just like normal sports where you don't get the lineups til 5 mins before the game and don't know who will stay in the game.

of course I would get the line ups ahead of time. WINK WINK

I believe thats called insider trading (or some varient thereof) and is exactly why daily fantasy sports is being investigated by the Department of Justice (In the U.S.)

Being in debt that can cripple you for the rest of your life has driven people to kill themselves. Stop saying stupid things.

natural selection at this point

you're actually a moron

it may have been a bit harsh of a comment, but really being in debt is not really an excuse for robbing other people out of their money

There's one thing I don't understand. How can KeSPA differentiate bad play from match fixing? Where do they get the evidence?

it's insider trading when information not meant for public dissemination is used to take advantage of a system, yes. draftkings and fanduel are under investigation for something like that.

obviously i wouldn't do that, RIGHT?
