It is a preferential voting system that is relatively easy to understand. Each voter ranks the maps in order of best to worst, and every single bit of information is considered in the final outcome. Read the wikipedia article for a good explanation: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Condorcet_method Any method of breaking ties is okay, and will still provide a better and more fair result than the current one. | ||
