I have now looked at the picture in the OP about 25 times, and I have come to the conclusion that it's to fill the void left by the retirement of Action and his hairstyle.

very underrated protoss.

i main terran but maintain an almost equal lader level with protoss partially due to his smart, relatively easy to execute builds. (particularly PvT)
