Sounds unlikely to me. The handbook states that the player should be in his country of residence for every part of the tournament, BUT that he can be in another country as long as it has been discussed with the organizers and that the organizers agree. And I can't believe EG would take the risk of doing it the shady way instead of talking to Blizz/ESL before. | ||
