Your three anti-team players are likely to rake in a bunch of team victory points since Jin Air and MVP are both likely to win the majority of their matches.
Psh, Jin Air & MVP going to get owned this season. Watch out for Samsung!
thoughts: MKP/Life/Reality will play all or most of their team's matches, and I think they are pretty underrated for their point value. Originally going to go with Soulkey + Jin Air but changed to TY + SKT1. Soulkey is a steal at 6 points but I still think SKT is one of the most solid teams no matter what. Jin Air just seems like the team that has a huge potential to lose always since everyone on their team that isn't Maru/$o$ is not very solid. Roro will play every Samsung match Terminator = 1 point protoss on one of most winning teams, and he has potential to play as well
I was really surprised to see hydra at 7 points. very overrated along with fantasy who will be overshadowed by other SKT members (despite being only terran on SKT so hes probably gonna get playtime... but he will lose )
this round is going to be much more luck based I feel. Point distribution is so top heavy and not necessarily good players with 2-3 wins last round are suddenly 6+ points. I feel like we're going to see a lot of similar picks this round especially with the lower point players, then take your pick of favorite high point ace (cj hero, ty/flash/zest, maru, etc.)
most surprising players this round (point value wise): hydra, drg, soulkey, soo, rouge
I have three people (Byul, Soulkey, and RorO) who i feel will come out as the ace for their team, Terminator is bound to get some play time, so at one point he's a steal. Rouge did just as well as some 6 pointers like fantasy last round, so i don't understand why he's three. I'm not super sure about my Reality pick, but he looked good against zerg in Code A and i have no idea how is TvT is, so i'm hoping Samsung Khan sends him out a bunch so that he's worth 3 points.
Anti Team
I felt Bunny was super overvalued at 4 points, and he's not getting played this week so thats a good sign. I see Keen picking up a win here and there, but he was wayyy overvalued in my opinion. Younghwa had the misfortune of being 1/500 protosses on LGIM, so he's probably going to miss a lot of matches because LGIM has too many players.
Question: So i have both Byul and Soulkey on my main team, and am planning on keeping them for the long haul unless something crazy happens. but i noticed they were facing each other this week. is it ok that i guarantee a player a win, even if it means another player is guaranteed a loss?
Please someone help me, would love any input possible as i HAVE to beat my brother this round.
Personally, I would go with just Soulkey and maybe another 6 pointer who is guaranteed a win/team win this week and then trade for Byul at equal value if you still want him. SK will likely take out ByuL and IM will probably get stomped by SKT. Bbyong is 6 points and plays twice this week. He has two protoss opponents and went 3-1 against some very strong protoss last round. He should at least go 1-1 with CJ going at least 1-1, earning points from team win as well.

Life only played twice last round despite having nothing else to do.
Hydra was the second best Zerg last round.
FanTaSy earned more points than Soulkey, PartinG, and Classic, and scored 1 less than Rain in Round 2.
After 2 rounds it's still hard to tell whether we are starting to see trends or if these are just flukes. Last round they were worth what they are now worth.

He is still 3-7 in 2014 PL. Hardly worth 7 points in anyone's right mind.
Other 7 point players Stats: 6-5 in 2014 Rain : 7-7 in 2014 RorO: 10-4 in 2014 Trap: 6-2 in 2014 Super: 8-5 (not counting playoffs)
Then we haveeeeee Hydra at 3-7. o_O wut
One decent round does not a 7 pointer make. Comparatively, Rogue went 3-2 last round, same as Hydra, is 8-5 in 2014 (by my count) and is worth 3 points. o____O
Edit: Hydra is 3-1 last round (disregarding playoffs) and 3-6. Forgot that the DRG match was a playoff.

wow didn't even notice he was played so little -.-... In that case i'll just swap him out for rogue and all is good.
ehh last round wasn't a good round for zergs. And lets be real Hydra is just not that good. Yeah he might be the second best zerg last round but he wouldn't even be in my top 5 zergs in PL
parting was hardly fielded, soulkey and classic are much better players imo and fantasy got really lucky with 3 wins against only zergs: life, sniper and roro. Not saying he hasn't improved but for 6 points I think he will not win enough for his cost. Hes a worthwhile pick even if he wins his match this week
But yeah I agree with you after only 2 rounds its hard to tell how well players are doing :|
main team pretty straight forward. sOs on anti is my rule of thumb
lets see how it works
You aren't using all the points on your main team (you have up to 30 and you've used 26), and too many points on anti (usually get 13 total points instead of 14). Otherwise looks pretty good.
Why is soO on your anti team when he's in your top 2 favorite players? Do you think you have some sort of curse or something like some people that makes your anti team play better?
