mYimasters, ggwp StarDust and jjakji, excited to see how NaNiwa performs.

All players qualifying through the American, Asian AND European are Korean? Suprise!
Anyways - Seems like its going to be a really sick tournament. Hope TaeJa and jjakji can bring something to the table here..

mYi is really starting to establish itself as a top tier team.

So it's the Koreans fault that the foreigners can not beat them consistently?

I think the bigger surprise to most people would be the fact that one of each race qualified. The players themselves shouldn't be that much of a surprise though, considering how good they are. ;p

I am stupid. For some reason I thought StarDust was Duckdeok and was super excited to see that he didn't actually retire... Now I am super sad again T_T

Every tournament is 70% toss, 20% zerg, 10% terran. Getting old.

I hope Jaedong and Innovation will make it in from Cologne because I'll puke if even more protoss goes to Katowice but since I got the ticket for that event and we all know how it looks nowadays it safe to say that another 2P will make it. They could have invited Maru or Soulkey instead of sOs but oh well...

This tournament is going to be super super sick, hopefully we see strong showings from non-protoss at Cologne so we can watch less PvP

It's a World Championship. The best players are supposed to play there - and Koreans are the best players. Simple.

how big is the open bracket?

I beg to differ that necesairly "the best" and I'm sure that Stephano begs to differ even more than I do.
Btw those 2 other spots are just from the typical open bracket we used to have at IEM tournements last year? Meaning you can sign up for the spot in it and play at the event? It's kinda confusing since it's called "Open Bracket Qualifier".

Looking forward to all the Z action!

Iem korea is going to be sick. And I mean it. Thk god the foreigner disability players are minimal. Would of been a bore fest of lottery games.

The Protoss race is a $100,000 richer.
They should use that money to bribe Davhed Keem into more poor development and balance decisions.
