Well all we have is the -now deleted- statement of sWs, who lost to XY. Its not really clear cut, but someone should check how many wins -if any- were achieved through that and take action accordingly

why did that guy delete his tweet?
well if it is true, how did xy keep facing his same team opponents over and over?
and i mean...what if they just drone rushed each other for fast wins, would that count or not?
where do you draw the line? do they have to play "standard" build for atleast 20 minutes per game, for 200 games? they can never drone rush, etc?
btw is xy a barcode name? i cant find him on the GM ladder to check his matches

I mean clear cut case of cheating if there is compelling evidence. Surely if such behavior is proven it would be cause for a DQ.

i dont think quitting a game is cheating though
for example, back in the beta or early WoL? or so
i faced idra
i wasnt playing that well that day, and i didnt want to get reamed
so i just said hi then quit the game immediately at the start
should that game not count as a win for him?
what if someone disconnects at the start of the game, should the opponent not get a win? that win doesnt count?

Desrow vs a Norwegian Zerg for Ro8 spot. These brackets.

That unit positioning by JonSnow was sick

I checked XY acc (went to "WCS Ladder chat" on NA) I don't know how it is possible but the 1 sec wins against his teammates happened.
looks like match fixing...

Teammates leaving instantly until he gets to the exact number of wins needed to qualify? Come on.

We already knew that players were "" allowed "" to cheat if they wanted to play WCS Wildcard qualifier.

would you rather have his teammates go afk for 5 minutes, and make Xy just proxy 2 rax and kill their nexus and afk probes to get the win?
it would be the same thing
how can you require players to play exactly the way you want them to, you cant afk, you must build 10 probes, you must build cyber core, if you dont, and are afk, or play bad, the win doesnt count?
the biggest problem here is probably how he faced his teammates over and over again, usualy its not that easy to face the same opponents

It's Blizzards job to sort this out really.

Blizzard would permaban accounts over this stuff in WoW with no warnings.

so what if his teammates build for 5 minutes, then right click move entire army in XY's for XY to easily kill
if it "right" then? would that be "real win"?
