Has anyone noticed any Koreans showing up on either server besides jjakji working towards the wildcard qualifier? With 200 wins required they should have to be getting started pretty soon right?

Lets think about it: He is already in WCS EU so if he forfeits he will lose his WCS EU spot which will be very hard to return and moreover he will have to qualify for GSL so I think he will play WCS EU and if he gets eliminated then I think he can switch to GSL but in the currant situation I think he will play WCS EU for sure.

According to his manager, Jjakji doesn't have to qualify through wildcard qualifier since he will be considered a resident.

I think Mvp will not the regular IM player for SPL. I want Mvp to play a lot especially with his unique mech style builds but I doubt we will see him a lot there

If he is clever he will qualify thought the wild card system. He doesn't seem to have much competition atm, and could eliminate potential threats from outside looking for wild cards. Time will tell if there is any other contender though.

Unless they changed it, Mvp could do well in a format allowing extensive preparation in advance.

A friend of me from SEA wants to play in the qualifiers but we are not 100% sure how to understand the requirements. It says he needs to be Master. Which season does he need to be Master? The current one that is ending on Jan 3rd? The new one that is starting on Jan 3rd? Or any season? He was GM on SEA before but right now he is only Diamond. The SEA server does count here and only for the Wildcard qualifier the NA one counts, right?
