I'd like to think the TL community is always a growing family the dude feels sad about losing part of that "family" let him express his feeling a little... even if they are a little bias toward something or a misconception..... | ||

filter i hope you can take solace in the fact that there are hundreds of people who've done a lot of work for the sc community for free just because it was fun. there is merit just in doing something you really enjoy and trying your best at it. i guess it really complicates things if you want/need to make money off of it, but thankfully during the beginning years there was simply no option for monetizing starcraft, so we never really had to deal with that stress. must be really discouraging. anyhow, wish you the best in whatever you pursue. if you are just playing for fun now, maybe try out brood war? it's immensely rewarding/unbelievably frustrating. so actually yeah maybe don't try brood war LOL | ||

I really do think people need to realize that SC2 is not a sport and has missed its window of opportunity to be one. There are very few making money from this scene, the sponsorship and the viewer base simply isnt there. Good luck to Filter and his future endeavours | ||
