clearly this guy has done a lot and it's a shame to see him go but a lot of what he's said doesn't have much to back it up. I think Liquid'Mana said it best where he said that terran, whilst probably hardest to play, has the most potential. I think the "i want to feel like i was outplayed when i lose rather than i made a bunch of mistakes' in itself shows that you are outplayed when you lose. similar to poker you can account for a lot of things and eliminate the least likely stuff thats "incoming" and over time you probably come out ahead. I think the problem that people have with starcraft is that mistakes are brutal and unlike in mobas you don't get many second chances and you can't blame others to make you feel better (ling runbys for example). anyway good luck man.

people just get fed up of the game or maybe the fact that its just a game and people want more from it gets people so butthurt all the time. The fact filter brings up his personal life and day to day struggle which we all have shows exactly where a problem may lie even if we dont want to admit it. starcraft is a game, yes, its a game where being good matters in a community like this, there is no other like it in the gaming scene imo.

My advice to anyone thinking of giving up this game is, just play a couple of games a day. Select UNRANKED and just play man
