In all fairness, space in Seoul is freaking expensive and those teams were absolutely massive. I'd be surprised if they did have beds.
Plus Kespa facilities still have a pretty high overall quality. Just take a gander at the main practice rooms or some such on youtube. They aren't exactly living in squalor.

Seems like in many team houses 4+ players share a room. So instead of beds often they have sleeping mats they roll out onto the floor.
Depends on the Teamhouse and the wealth of the sponsor though.
CJ's place now and Woonjin's old apartment were really, really nice places overall. Clean, spacious, well lit with nice living rooms and decent bedrooms.
T1 and KT we only really get to see footage of their gaming "offices" (both have their training and living facilities in different buildings.) In some Bisu interview we learned T1 players generally live 3+ to an individual apartment, but how many apartments they use is unknown. We never saw the rooms themselves just the living rooms.

Maybe it's not that big of a deal to sleep on the floor? I.e.many Japanese sleep that way, maybe it's also practised in Korea to some extent?
Great interview, but that part about working hard on ceremonies... Just concentrate on playing, not everyone has to be possessed by FBH xd

Good interview. Hope he doesn't think he should change himself for the fans though. I think being a little happier when he wins isn't a big deal but doing a 180 because the fans want to see ceremonies for example, well, I'd rather he didn't if he doesn't want to lol
