Is there a way to display unit counts?
(the workers chart is useful but unit counts as columns on the build table or on a timeline, would be very useful for analyzing our mechanics and setting benchmarks).
Yes, both game-time and real-time are supported. The default is the real-time. You can change this on the Replay processor settings page: "Use real-time time measurement".
And the unit counts is an upcoming feature.

Is it a bug where Protoss is blue and Terran is green? Should be the other way around, nice to finally have back multi-replay analysis though. Very nice.

No, it is intentional. I know in Liquipedia these 2 colors are switched, which I find a little weird because in Sc2 the command card colors say otherwise (command card colors are green for Terran and Blue for Protoss).

This is not a bug but the result of a misconfiguration. You set a Replay backup folder which is inside of a monitored folder. The SC2 multiplayer replay folder is a child folder of the default SC2 replay folder (which contains all account-specific SC2 replay folders, and it is monitored by default). Resolution: If you really want your Replay backup folder to be the SC2 multiplayer folder (or inside of that), you have to make your default SC2 replay folder not monitored, and add another replay folder pointing to your exact account-specific replay folder, and make that monitored.
I'm getting this too, but this has always been the case; like from the default configuration, as far as I know.
I tried just removing the backup folder from the list (because why do I need/want backups of my replays?), but even after I confirm that I want to delete it, it's not deleted. Restarting Scelight does nothing.
Why can't I just delete the backup folder from the list?

what does "average SC %" mean?

It is managed internally, and it is synchronized with the replay backup folder setting. You cannot delete it, but you can of course change the replay backup folder in the settings dialog.

It is the value of the supply-capped time, but measured compared to the play length. E.g. if you are supply-capped for 1 minute in a 10-minute game, your SC % will be 10%.

The differences? This is quite a general question. Scelight was redesigned and rebuilt from the ground, using the experience gained from Sc2gears and new libraries emerged since then (for example the s2protocol published by Blizzard). As a result, Scelight can calculate and show you details and metrics which Sc2gears lacks (e.g. Speding Quotient, Supply-capped percent etc.).
Scelight is a higher quality version of Sc2gears which focuses more on usability and provides better user interface. Scelight has many features which Sc2gears will never have, but also lacks some less-used features of Sc2gears (yet).
Since Scelight has a new extension API called the External Module API (which by the way is far more powerful than the Sc2gears plugin API), Sc2gears plugins (including the MMR tool) are not compatible with Scelight. You have to wait for the MMR Tool creators to create a port to Scelight.
The easiest for you is to try Scelight, you have nothing to lose. You can even use both Sc2gears and Scelight at the same time, simultaneously.
Also Sc2gears is not developed anymore. It will stop functioning one day. So yes, you should definately start using Scelight.

Hey Guys, I've run into a troubleshooting problem and hopefully someone can help me out of it. I really want to use this awesome software.
Im using a mac on 10.9.2 with Java 7, but when I run the commands everything works till I enter "./Scelight-os-x.command" to start the program (without quotes) but I get a error message
+ Show Spoiler +Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: hu/sllauncher/ScelightLauncher : Unsupported major.minor version 51.0 at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass1(Native Method) at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClassCond(ClassLoader.java:637) at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass(ClassLoader.java:621) at java.security.SecureClassLoader.defineClass(SecureClassLoader.java:141) at java.net.URLClassLoader.defineClass(URLClassLoader.java:283) at java.net.URLClassLoader.access$000(URLClassLoader.java:58) at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(URLClassLoader.java:197) at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method) at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(URLClassLoader.java:190) at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:306) at sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader.loadClass(Launcher.java:301) at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:247)
I would greatly appreciate your help!! I've tried googling and looking for other people with thos problem but iv had no luck. Hopefully its a easy fix. Thanks.
Edit: I think I have found my problem, I have Java 7 but when I use the terminal command java -version it is showing java 6. I dont know how to delete java 6, most of my google searches show very difficult methods.
