Season 6
After almost nine months of betting, nearly 42 pages of bets created, a maximum availability of 1069 points, and the fight for the #1 spot being the fiercest Team Liquid has ever seen, Season 6 for SC2 liquibets has finally come to a conclusion. It almost feels unreal that Season 6 of SC2 Liquibets started on December 1st of 2012 and concluded on August 25th of 2013.
It goes without needing to say that this season of liquibets was definitely the longest season that TL has experienced throughout the history of liquibets. With the introduction of the new WCS system along with the release of Heart of the Swarm from Blizzard, every single voter was thrown an unforeseeable curve ball, and the entire liquibet system was thrown out of whack. However, there were ten brave and courageous souls who decided take this new challenge head on and came out on top at the end of the season.

Unfortunately, there can only ever be just one winner. While all ten users deserve recognition for their diligence and persistence with those nine grueling months of liquibet voting, TL saw a true fighter emerge victorious, as thebike was able to finish in 1st place with a final score of 662 points.

Season 5
The recap for Season 5 will be very brief and lacking in detail because I was not in charge of doing liquibets at that time. However, every liquibet season consists of users shedding blood, sweat, and tears in order to achieve that #1 spot at all costs, so it is crucial that we recognize those warriors. Better late than never!
