SC 2 only being broadcasted on GOM means that the Korean Starcraft scene is pretty much dead. There is no way 10+ teams will be able to sustain themselves. KeSPA teams will probably completely switch over to LoL. | ||

I do it so that I can make it easier to read. I also want to point out that you seem to try to find faults with other people when they point out what you did wrong. Monte and I have been casting both OGN's LoL content and SC2 content all year, which has been fun, but also extremely draining. Combine that with the fact that it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to have two separate English casts of the same games in the first place and add in one of those casts has to compete with a much more established broadcast and the decision is a pretty easy one. Also consider that OGN's LoL content has been doing incredibly well and it makes sense to direct limited resources (Monte and I) where they'll make the biggest impact for the company. I completely agree with OGN on this one. (that is, if it's true, which it probably is, but here's a disclaimer just in case because I haven't been officially told yet that it might not be true, but it probably is, but maybe not... No.. it is...Yes. Possibly not that it definitely is maybe true, with some uncertainty... certainly) While I'll miss casting WCS, this makes a lot more sense for everyone involved and I think it's better for the community too. Besides, I'm sure I'll cast some SC2 again eventually. This isn't a 'retirement speech' or anything. So TL:DR - There's no drama. Everything's grand. I'll enjoy watching the GSL next season with the rest of you! | ||
