There's been rumor that Prime's the next to flop Keep in mind FXO and Axiom/Acer are not part of the eSF governing body. the eSF governing body is: Prime, Startale, LG-IM, MVP, NsHoseo This would effectively kill that governing body as all that would stand is Startale if Prime is the team to flop. If Prime does indeed fall, that's a huge blow to the GSTL and likely discontinued for 2014, thus that would put OGN to create a monopolized market for SC2 like they've been subtly trying to establish and killing off their competition sharing WCS duties. I have the popcorn ready, I'm interested in what's going to unfold. Not like that eSF thingy has ever done anything except pulling serial scandals back then. The only useful function is its namesake that people use to distinguish their players with KeSPA's. I wonder why that so-called federation hasnt gone kaputt already

I wonder why that so-called federation hasnt gone kaputt already I thought eSF did a good job of countering KeSPA's embargo of GSL by threatening to embargo OSL as well. But that is the only notable thing I can think of besides maybe some backroom bureaucratic when organizing leagues and schedules.

Or maybe just play in the LoL PL but not in SC2? SF2 had some teams that did not have BW divisions iirc. Really wish they find a way to work this out, Proleague would be incomplete without Najin ![]()

I'm really kind of worried about that ![]() Good riddance. GSTL isn't that good. There are no storylines (someone getting an all-kill isn't a story, that is just a feat of strength), there is no reason to root for a team when they can rely on a single player to net them games, they don't use their top-tier casters which results in weaker numbers than Code S, and the prize pool has always been laughably small. They'd be better off running tier1/2 WCS events than GSTL, it would probably net them better numbers and they can get big name players competing (Flash, Inno, Bomber, Rain, Soulkey, Sos) on a consistent basis.

Except the LGIM team of champions winning season one and then slumping until this season. Except the Slayers Cinderella story of Slayers Season One and Two Except amazing players developing there: DRG, MMA, (also their epic rivalry), Squirtle, Yonghwa, Sage, Taeja. Except the amazing run of Axiom Acer this season. I don't even understand how an all-kill isn't a story. When QXC all killed LGIM? That was fucking awesome. When Symbol reverse all killed LGIM? That also was awesome. When LGIM Yonghwa got back to back all kills? Are you kidding me? That's amazing. It's amazing because it's a feat of strength, and that's a hell of a story. Edit: Oh, and you're talking about the influence CASTERS have on a teamleague?! Come on... You can't actually be implying that SNM and Whiplash are better than Wolf and Khaldor are you? And if not, then you really don't have a point regarding the casters as they apparently don't have that much of an influence on viewership.

Yeah I think proleague is far superior to GSTL as well. I wish GSTL would do what proleague does (make it rounds, round 1 proleague format, round 2 all kill, etc). Way more interesting then just doing only all kill.
