the formats kinda complex, but thats part of what makes it awesome. the variety of methods of qualification and advancement in this tournament is really cool imho.  good luck to Titan, qxc, Slivko, and Polt who have already qualified! | ||

I see, you can signup on site.... could you give us more information about it? Buying tickets at the door? I have some bad experiences with that like last year in Shanghai where i saw too many soul-trains in the finals T-T.... If its possible for foreigners to sign up on site... Ill drag a friend (mid-gm eur zerg) into the tournament. | ||

If you want to participate to the IEM Stage 1 Bracket on Site, you have to register using the information contained in this news : http://www.esl-world.net/masters/news/224995/ If you want to visit the IEM event, you will have to buy Chinajoy tickets. IEM being a part of the Chinajoy fair, it is the only way to be able to spectate the IEM tournaments. There are only 2 ways to buy Chinajoy tickets : on Taobao or directly at the door on each day. | ||

Those top 4 WCS ranking places dont get free flights / accommodation, so he played for the free flights/accommodation that comes from qualifying | ||

whoever wants to attend to IEM, you guys could pm me or kaisr... besides... the information for non-chinese players in china (or asia) is quite limited (or none...). I wanted to sign up for the qualifiers but... couldnt find much T_T... except the 50 bucks registration on ESL... Will there be any last minute registration for filling up the empty spots? Since my failed qualification of WCG China-Qual of last year... so close... my hands are still itching... T_T | ||
