No but it's probably either due to the WCS schedule being sprung on them, or because they're going into other games so they have less time. WCS cuts into their SC2 business model since most things are free now, so they need to get into other games since SC2 isn't successful enough in Korea to sustain itself with less subscriptions from foreign fans.

They technically cut their prize pool monies. -_- On May 06 2013 09:52 Clefairy wrote: No but it's probably either due to the WCS schedule being sprung on them, or because they're going into other games so they have less time. They've always had other games and there was a time BW was prime time material but even if SC2 didn't pop up League still would have taken over the OGN networks as it is right now.

Haven't Blizzard always been funnelling money to GSL though? I doubt much has changed in terms of how much they're being compensated except that GOM get 2 less seasons of money since they're splitting with OGN.

I mean under normal circumstances this would be considered whining but considering I paid a $20 fee for the ticket to access the VODS (Which is all the tickets good for now) I feel pretty shafted that I don't even get that now when I can pay much less for other tickets that can at least deliver the bloody VODS without servicing me multiple ads when I'm simply trying to watch one BO3 (Yeah we have to deal with ads unless you use adblock after paying for a ticket?) I hate when people say this but I'm going to say it, GOM I won't be buying a ticket for next season as theres no reason to anymore considering all of Europe can watch your content in HD for free and live, Not willing to fork out money to you guys if you can't even deliver on VODs, I'd rather spend my money elsewhere even if $20 isn't a whole lot

Basically : "we don't cast mirror match-up". The only non-mirror matchup not cast is ragnarok vs bunny, which is arguably not that sexy. But I agree with many people, I would like to be able to know what happend in those games. If you can't cast it with the caster or put the replay, can you at least ask to legend to obseve it and release a soundless VoD ?

What don't you get? They don't have time to cast them all with the WCS schedule. edit - Live anyway, I'm sure they could make an arrangement to have it done out of the event if they wanted.

GSL is usually one of the most professional organizations in the scene, and they hold themselves to a very very high standard (production guy made an apology thread because a score that was shown during a broadcast was wrong). I hope that they can make it happen.

God damn it GOM, I was with you through all the shit, the free GOM HD stream, the rushed 5 seasons last year, the lagging new stream short on resources after the abandonement of the need for GOM Player and spent a good chunk of money for your service -- this is the first time I can't even find a reasonable argument why a VOD or replay put up afterwards would be a problem of any sorts.
