Anyway, it would be great if she could share her methods of recovery and how effective it is. Would help other people, now that i think about it, TLO did similar thing but no information available of how he did it and if he managed to solve it or just improve it. | ||

Tendon damage is a very sensitive injury, it doesn't heal nearly as easily as damaged muscle. An ACL tear in the knee is a similar type of injury, and it can end careers in an instant. | ||
