what i have never understood is that why don't the casting teams consist of 1 pro player, 1 pro caster? I'm pretty sure players wouldn't mind the extra income and a proper professional caster (Biscuit, Apollo, Artosis, Kalaris) can easily adopt to the pro player and keep the show running.
If the caster also knows the game, even better, but not a necessity.
You could also rotate the players quite frequently so you always have a pro from one of the races that is playing the game.

WCS is perfect for developing a new casting scene! There are a ton of games regularly and you can air the less experienced casters in challenger and use the top tier ones in premier.
