Nothing is "up" They all came to this decision themselves, remember they all have spent 2 years practicing and doing so at a very stressful level and still not seen success after that long you start to wonder if you will ever do well on a global scale, how long would you continue with that before you thought about career change?

Ah, very unfortunate. Always sad to see players retire, but I completely understand why. I can imagine how tough it must be to play for that long without ever seeing many results.
Especially sad to see asd go. I enjoyed watching him play quite a bit.

I think with all the kespa players playing sc2 now for a while, most of the lower tier esf players will either have to step it up alot or retire. there is just an oversaturation of pro players in the sc2 scene.

Probably a good decision if you can't get out of Code B. Two years should be enough to either get some results or see that you won't go anywhere.

I don't really know whale and sirius (only remember whale playing really weird in some FXO vs X team match, most likely was really nervous :DD) asd was quite cool guy sucks that he retired.
