That's the problem. When all your players are performing well and having a lot of success. It becomes very expensive to keep them all. If you follow american sports (NBA, MLB, NFL), it is not uncommon for championship teams to lose some of their core players the following season because they can't afford to keep everyone. When players win championship, their value raises but the team budget is still the same.

The only exception to this is soccer where the biggest teams can keep all their star players AND sign more(Real Madrid, Barca, ManU, etc). But that is mainly due to owners who are very wealthy or clubs that are allowed to run on a huge debt.

Honestly, I was surprised that IM hasn't lost anyone considering their roster. But the LG sponsorship probably helped them out a lot with that.

Heartbreaking news for me. Without parting/squirtle i'll be removing the Startale tag. Guess it's gonna be SKT for now, and then the team Squirtle joins later if I like it. But not being able to support ST_Squirtle is like losing SlayerS_MMA all over again...

When Parting left, I was sad, but now I'm angry at both of them (Parting+Squirtle) to leave Startale at the same time and put one of the best korean team in a tough spot

I'm hoping this means Ace will step up. I loved his interviews and watching him play. This is his opportunity to get the spotlight if he can give us some good results. Startale will be good they still have Life and Won seems like a really standup manager.

I wonder how much money is KT going to buy him with? The other thread has it that Parting got 70M won (66k USD) for 8 months, and I think that not even ST can compete with that.

As for ST, they can put Squirtle's and Parting's current salary all into Life. That might be enough to compete.

To be honest so many players have been joining and leaving teams that it seems like a daily occurrence now.
