The point is the achievement for PL, that a foreigner WON, something that was previously thought as ridiculous. Now, the 1-3 record may not be striking, but the fact that he won is striking. That said, I don't think they should have given him a nickname since that is for the OSL, and I don't know if MVP was the right award to give.
