Hopefully with the team points nerf it won't be as huge of a factor. On a similar note, do you guys prefer Team 8 or STX Soul? STX has the more convincing ace in Bogus but I think T8 seems a little stronger overall. | ||

CJ hasn't been too good these past couple weeks and KHAN... blows. STX on the other hand has KT and SKT... I fear they don't stand a chance against either. | ||

Good news is that All kill format is better for trading. If everyone of your players will always see play there's low incentive to trade. But all kill format each team send 1-4 players, vs 4-6 players in the regular format (well technically 4-7, but I've never seen an Ace that gets sent not on the regular match). So now you might actually have players that won't see play, and trading them for someone else is now appealing. Rather than make few higher risk trades, it's better to make more low risk trades to reward consistent good decisions. And the all kill format encourages that, as almost every round you'll have a few players that won't be starting and might not see play. | ||

You only need 13 points as the bare minimum for when signups close. Once trades open up and you can get more value for your players if they had a good week depending where you placed them, yes you can only switch one guy out on your anti team for a -1 deduction and trade two guys on your main team (except for your captain). Trading opens as soon as a week finishes and then you will only have a few days to do the exchange before the rosters for next week get published. In short, you can only trade up on your anti team. So let's say the players value depreciates even more then you will have more options to pick from. You can only trade down on your main roster so hopefully one of your players will inflate their points so you can possibly pick a more lucrative player for the rest of the round. Remember every trade you make costs you a point so it`s better to get things right the first time. | ||

That's the same day as EGTL vs SKT1 I recommend not picking them up unless you are super confident they'll make you a lot of points in the Sunday match. And even then not super likely as it's possible they would be on a flight already. That means EGTL will be using Taeja HerO Revival JYP Thorzain Zenio only (Doubt HuK will see play, and I don't think Demuslim is in Korea yet and we know Stephano isn't) Edit: Lol I just put Jaedong on my anti team. 100% not play SKT. I think good chance he won't play vs KT as well. Even if he does I think Flash/Stats/Wooki are all a bit favored vs JD anyway and Action and Crazy Hydra are both decent at ZvZ so not as easily sniped by JD either. Sure I think EGTL could win but the team point on anti isn't that big a deal, could have to any player you pick anyway in this format. | ||

I've done it now, I like pro-League but I didn't follow it in broodwar so most of the names are still unknown/I dont know much about them, I'm doing this more to try and get to know the players and get more knowledge about pro-league and get to know the players more :D | ||
