As a community, though, we need to stop being so judgemental over a player's actions, and instead focus on how well they play the game. Sniper is a player that has excellent mechanics and was praised by his teammates for a long time. Remember in his PvZs, when he would show excellent micro from his Roaches and Zerglings baiting forcefields in order to stop the Sentry/Immortal all-in? That has nothing to do with Infestors/Broodlords or even Queens for that matter. Get a hold of yourself and stop saying that Sniper was a no talent punk before the Queen patch. He will be around after Zerg is nerfed into the ground, because he's a GOOD player. And you know what? So will Ryung, because he's a GOOD player. | ||

Between 2 BMer, the one that still state the "fact" usually has more support. Everybody knows the state of TvZ right now, you have one person whole BM the race IMBA IMBA, and you have a person who BM the race players having no skills. It's normal that people like Ryung more, it's not like TvZ is in T favor anyway. | ||

First off, Sniper has been working hard for a very long time. Second, most of the Zergs that are winning nowadays started to get popular AFTER the buff. Life, Symbol, Hyun, Sniper, and Violet pretty much all came after the buff. While Leenock is still relevant and is still very good, you hardly see DongRaeGu, NesTea, July, LosirA, Zenio, or most of the other pre-buff Zergs winning much anymore. This doesn't have anything to do with the buff, though. This has to do with the way the game works. Starcraft in a competitive sense is extremely volatile. Not only could you do the same with Terrans and protoss, but Brood War was the exact same way. | ||

How do you know Sniper wasn't working hard last year? Breaking into Code A is hard as shit, so it took Sniper a couple tries but now he's upto to Code S and thats all that matters. Being well-known before the patch is necessary nowadays to be "legit"? The kid is only 17 give him a break. | ||

To have your greatest achievement yet discredited in-game in front of a world audience would piss anyone off. I don't agree with Sniper's comments but I understand his anger. I also understand the frustration of the community, but to take it out on Sniper, wish for him to be crushed and hate him for one stupid comment makes me so happy that I'm not a progamer. | ||
