It was only a week between Rain's being knocked out and SKT1's request to GOM. We don't have any details as to when Rain first approached SKT1 about his desire to attend the open bracket. For all we know, he could have sat on it for a few days before deciding to give it a serious shot. Either way, it's not like we're dealing with KeSPA withholding this information for weeks just to screw GOM over or something. | ||

It's also possible they had no idea he was even going to have a chance to go to MLG until then, though.
