In managing people you have to deal with emotions - often exasperating, unnecessary ones - and you have to deal with relationships. Jessica became too involved in some ways and not involved enough in others. I don't need to doubt that she tried her best, but she failed on multiple counts. This emo disclosure of events is representative of that. | ||

He probably was sort of close to Manager J because he was the guy that probably helped him the most in regards to international tournaments. It's not as easy as black and white, it's a really complicated and messy situation that ended up sucking for everyone equally as hard. She mentions that none of the players in the team trusted her, but think about it. Can you blame them? She keeps records and evidence for every single conversation and transaction. How can players in a team manage to even be in that type of atmosphere. Of course the players aren't gonna trust you if they suspect that what they say to you is not at all confidential. It sounds like a terrible environment and it's a shame to see SlayerS go. | ||

And I am kinda dissapointed that everyone forgets the B-teamers of SlayerS, they were carrying the team for the past month or two and they did prove themselves in team leagues. | ||
