I was (everyone was?) expecting this ever since BoxeR left and I'm actually surprised it took this long. What the fuck happened? I guess it doesn't make a difference now. This sucks and there is no way around it.
Btw is BoxeR's position in T1 strictly coaching or is he more a playing coach like oGsThewind was? Has this been specified to any extent? Wasn't able to find any info on this.

We're willing to give Jessica so much rope for her disolving herself of any blame, and can't give Crank the latitude one would give to a young player in a bad situation? Well if he actually did what Jessica said (lying about not seeking another team, yelling to BoxeR, sowing discord) then he's pretty much a huge dick. The whole yelling to Boxer and sowing discord sounds more like they were having arguments. That doesn't make anyone a dick, or else Jessica would be too. I'm also not sure he was seeking another team, but rather was leaning on quitting/not playing professionally, as has been mentioned in the past. Jessica likely feels betrayed when he went to MLG and joined a team, but that's maybe an after-the-fact decision by Crank (getting his flight paid, getting fans, etc).
Yeah and that's why I truly can understand Jessica's and BoxeR's disappointment...

Doubt Boxer is going to play again. I'd recommend him to just concentrate on coaching. One chapter ends, another begins. Trying to do a mediocre job in both is not as good as excelling in one.

People blaming jessica to be a bad manager look at the situation for her..
She was asked to boycott NASL S.2 which she didnt (august last year) ESF begins to prohibit their players to practice with slayers players. Slayers players cannot keep up with the meta game and get isolated by their colleagues in foreign leagues. Players getting stressed out and getting worse and worse.
How can anyone rectify this? The only solution would have been to join esf... But that was a no go for jessica after she saw that shady business conduct

He NEVER advised the group to ban Ganzi from joining a team, rather, he wanted to make sure players couldnt just hop from team to team. He became more mad when Jessica said a bunch of things about IM regarding Ganzi (such as IM was asking 500 000 won for stayin in the player house (of which Jessica claimed there were 18) and that they just fooled around and never played the game) IM coach rebutted, saying that only twelve players were in the house, and that he had never made money from the house, asking 400 000 won from 7 of the players he states that the confederation never hated Slayers for this, but he himself was disappointed at ganzi for never being thankful to him

Maybe it's my bias, but yelling to Boxer is just a huge no-no. That guy put so much into Slayers team and made everything possible. I can understand Crank's frustration about team atmosphere. (Jessica said she was disappointed that she couldn't do something to improve the situation.) They are both at fault in this case.

yes but boxer wasn't there. That's the thing. If he was there, things would have been different. The problem is, he wasn't there to try and rectify the situation. Instead, Slayers had Jessica, a kind-hearted, protective mother who was never in the gaming industry (unlike January).

You can try suing (and we keep hearing about lawsuits all the time), but in reality the damages don't outweigh the cost of taking them to court. It's fickle that and the fact they SlayerS were avoiding the Federation and they weren't going to do SlayerS any favors.

I'd say she's a bad manager from how she dealt with internal affairs. She misjudged this Coach J by hiring him and how could she him influence the team so much? And Alicia's statement (http://esfiworld.com/news/alicia-slayers-disbanding-looking-foreign-team) kinda confirm that she lacks managerial skills in general. And the tone of her own statement and past dramas confirm her lack of tact and self-control.
