3 against 5 incoming, I don't like that D:
Edit : and also why is ViBE so damn low ? Isn't he supposed to be, like, the WCS runner up for NA ? No it wouldn't. Scarlett, Major, Illusion, and other NA players are just as strong as the European representatives. If it was all Europeans it wouldn't be GSL vs the world it would be GSL vs Europe. No, Scarlett, Major, Illusion are far below people like Nerchio, Lucifron, Vortix, Grubby SortOf, Slivko, Kas, Mana and few others. Typical European elitist response. There's little to no difference between them. I'd pick major and Scarlett to beat all except the first three on your list, and even then it would be close. Goody beat MMA not a long ago, Demuslim beat Nestea...foreigners can beat koreans(especially with latency) on a few occasions... Scarlett hasn't done anything to suggest that she's uo there, especially since she seems to be avoiding all major events...she's probably all satisfied with the huge undeserved hype she's getting from guys like you smh.

Starcraft 2 is very popular in Taiwan, we have TAIWAN eSPORTS LEAGUE on TV every weekend. :D

Or did I really miss something ?
He was in GSL season 1 this year and went back to Taiwan after that. I voted for him because I think he is one of the best two players on the list.

EU: Thorzain, Grubby, Lucifrom NA: Scarlette, IdrA

I'm amazed Sen is top 2 for votes. Barely gets any exposure.

Guess he rallied Taiwan for his cause, after all he had like 200 votes two days ago.

Every time he does get exposure he puts up one hell of a fight against Koreans. NASL 1 finals he was the only one that made a fight, then at IPL4 qualifying tournament (that one with all the controversy with Gus(?)) he destroyed MC. And he consistently does well in NASL online.

I like how no one is still voting for killer, come on guys, at least put him in the top 16, He is the south american champion and all, and very consistent.

I certainly agree he is very good, but I'm just surprised THIS many people recognize his skill, especially for a popularity vote. I'm not disappointed with Sen votes, just surprised

I am not trying to be disrespectful to the fellow but his Liquipedia entry seems to show his achievements are coming 4th at WCS NA beating Huk along the way. And that's it for LAN results. He also won a qualifier to TSL4 and failed to qualify for Code A several times. Do people really expect him to face off successfully against the best from Korea? What am I missing? Surely Vibe has achieved more?
NB. I see he beat Catz and Killer (twice) in a Blizzard Tournament for Latin America. That was over a year ago now though.
I agree. Major got 0 off-line achievements. No idea wtf is going on. Playing a few online tournaments really should be disregarded off-line all that matters if you want to rate a players abilities.

Voted for Grubby, Demuslim and Lucifron for EU - just because i want to see them play.
And Scarlett (obvious choice) and Sheth for NA

Honestly I'm suprised Illusion doesn't have more votes.

Nothing other than going 12-1 in maps, winning WCS NA finals, suggesting she is the best NA player...

You don't follow the scene much then. You could just watch her WCS NA run and see how far ahead of the scene she is. She can do big mistakes and still crush people, and if you do a mistake you're just dead. She's a very talented player in terms of mechanics and in terms of understanding the game.

Bratok/Lucifron/Thorzain
Bratok because the world team needs that intimidation factor. We're playing the Koreans! Our team will be scared. But when the Koreans see Bratok staring them down as they enter the booth, THEY'LL be the ones quaking in their boots. Tell me I'm wrong!
Lucifron for his great series with Stephano.
Spoons.
Scarlett/Idra Obvious. Only other contender is Major.

It's an achievement, but it's an over rated achievement. Sweden, Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Netherlands, China (probably, although they don't play often outside of China) and the combined Europe national tournaments were all of higher skill than WCS NA.

Can't believe TLO has more votes than Vortix... This is just a popularity contest, lol.

Hopefully Idra and Huk start getting good results(Idra is on the way), but for now, the NA scene is pretty much far behind EU. NOt attending big lans for obscure reasons doesn't help her case neither.
