No it wouldn't. Scarlett, Major, Illusion, and other NA players are just as strong as the European representatives. If it was all Europeans it wouldn't be GSL vs the world it would be GSL vs Europe.

I won't argue for EU choices, there are so many to choose from. Mana is amazing right now. And scarlet/major are better choices then Huk/Idra. So good votes from you. xD
