As emotionally invested as people are on this topic, TL rules still apply. That includes flaming and ad hominem attacks. |

If what was said is true, she apparently snooped into private conversation by using private credentials without authorization. If I gave you my credit card information to help me for something one time, it doesn't give you the right to loot my bank account the next week. Then she broadcasted embarrassing pictures with malign intentions (again by mean of identity falsification).

The work case is there, but seeing as how these pictures aren't work-related I don't see how that argument would hold water. I would have to look into legal cases in the US to see (I'm a Canadian).
Yeah BECAUSE you send someone private pictures and you grand him access to your twitterpages actually allows you to post pictures of his dick. I think your head holds a bit too much air.

Having no clue about context or indeed the whole story, kneejerking in response and getting somebody 'fired' isn't a reasonable form of accountability at all.

The bottom line is that you are a professional. Act like it.

Destiny has done this to himself by fucking up over and over and over.... Not like this is the first time something has happened. He has nobody to blame but himself.

Look at how DEEPLY different these statements are:
"to be entirely blunt, I don't think you're attractive, I'm sorry about that"
"Look at her she looks like a man so fucking hideous haha why doesnt she wear a bag on her head"
It's pathetically transparent how you try to pass off your continued insults on this public forum as "not denying that you said you didnt find her attractive." ok I'll be careful with my wording, but essentially both statements mean the same thing No, they don't essentially mean the same thing, holy shit. you must have felt sad before? Right, like emotions? That's like saying "oh look haha terrorists flew planes into the world trade center LOL I bet some stupid kids died hah im probably going to go buy an ice cream for my children now unlike those parents since their kids got owned" and "It seems there's been a tragic attack in new york today, my heart goes out to everyone who lost their lives prematurely that day and my deepest condolences and prayers to their families" are "esentially" the same thing because they both state the exact same fact.... There's simply a big difference in what they say, imply and what they mean to other people. Tl;dr: don't be surprised people dont like you when you act like a cunt. I didn't know that it was an opinion that the WTCs were attacked. I'll be sure to inform the families that it was just an opinion and did not actually happen.
What the fuck....is that...supposed...to mean? That makes no sense. It doesn't mean anything. What makes it even more stupid, is that you act like an opinion can't be a fact and vice versa, they're not mutually exclusive and even if they were, which they are demonstrably not, it wouldn't be relevant at all to that part of my point.
What the fuck was the point in you writing that?
Please don't use sarcasm if it's not adding emphasis to any kind of argument whatsoever, it makes you look like a moron.

I support Destiny.
That conversation was private, he never intended to have it seen by everyone. What she did was premeditated. She did it to hurt him.
Destiny calling her ugly is his opinion. Is he not allowed to call someone ugly?? if that's illegal, than throw me in jail.
She went into his private account, posted pictures on his account which should be illegal. I would sue her, he has lost job at Root. Destiny, sue her if you can.

In court, there could be a victim. I am a minor, I liked Destiny's facebook page, he never posted any nsfw pictures. Then a dick appears in my stream. I didn't click anything saying "Yes agree to see explicit material." And I'm not even 18 so that doesn't even matter. Bluetea used Destiny's account to break the law and expose thousands of people, including minors to explicit material without their consent. I could sue her for that and Destiny could sue her for damage to character as now he loses his job with his team and is defamed in his community.

Lebron and Dwade got overheard sharing nude pics of a WNBA player and talkin shit about her looks. After that they twitter that they still think she's ugly but it's just their own opinion and it shouldnt matter right??
As always, the incident itself isnt the biggest deal. The problem is the behaviour of all people involved after that. Destiny's reddit about fuckin up her scholarship and whatnot and every single post made from root players in this thread.

We are talking about opinions here and you try to bring in a tragic event to make him look even more like the bad guy? Nice straw man homie.
A more appropriate comparison would be: "Our Professor doesn't seem to know what he is talking about" or "Our Professor is a fucking idiot! I could teach our class better than him!"
In which case I would still submit that both are equally insulting and you should not back down on your chosen wording once confronted.

If it was easy enough for random people to understand Destiny's kind of a dick/straight-forward ****ing boss, sponsors should know whom they're sponsoring. People love Destiny for his complete bluntness but will begrudge someone's honest opinion when they're said to a sponsor.

no sorry it isnt reasonable. its not TT1 job. it would be CatZ job to make a clear OP. he has no business outing this girl here on TL . did you see here picture before on here or knew what she looked like? place a big red dot on her face or what ever but dont OUT and ridicule her again. come on man. i really like root and im angry this isnt handled better.

Destiny is outspoken and genuine and that is exactly why he was released, so I don't understand why you're beating around the bush. When you are a public personality you have to censor yourself. He doesn't. When you play with fire, eventually you're bound to get burned.
Too bad Fayth and TT1 got caught up in it.
If people want E-Sports to be respected, then the people involved with E-Sports have to be respectable people. You can't be involved in misogynistic conversations that get released to the public. That doesn't make you respectable.
