Also, Grubby being able to practice full time in Korea would be amazing but the biggest question is 'does he even want to move to Korea right now?'

Actually he explicitly said that if OGN directly requested for him to cast he would probably do it. Not sure if he's changed his mind since then though, as I don't watch PL league often enough to know.

He announced it on twitter before it was solid and we all got our hopes up. Apparently Incontrol's new contract has a lot more casting opportunities in it so maybe in the future he can do that.

He is a player and focusing on casting would kill his career as a player. I hope he stays playing.

That's probably true now that everything's a well-oiled machine, but I doubt that was the case in the beginning. I remember old videos showing them go over show outlines with Kelly/Doa. Then there's the player background research to do. Part of what makes Artosis and Apollo top casters is the ability to identify player-specific builds and call out certain tendencies. Of course Grubby can just do a generic cast, but somehow I doubt he'd opt for that.

OGN would be silly not to hire him.

what i do dislike the most out of all the english casters is that particular person that just loves to end sentences with a question tone...this annoys me to no end.
