From a career viewpoint it makes more sense to just go full time casting. More popularity, less stress, more stability and long term financial potential. Grubby is a good player as well as caster, I think it would be a wise move to take the job.

Personally I find it hard to believe that people refuse to watch a tournament just because they don't enjoy the commentating. Also afaik OSL has korean casters too so it's all good. All in all, I think that a true Starcraft enthusiast is here to watch games, regardless of the casting quality. i watched the games, i just watched the korean cast instead this morning. Now while this isnt a bad thing, if many people start watching the korean cast the english stream viewer numbers go down. If osl starts to think they casting for just a odd few people, they might not even bother with english cast. So its in our interest to get the english cast viewer numbers as high as possible to show OSL that we do infact care about the tournament. Sadly moletrap will only run viewers, myself included. Hoping to see grubby/doa combination. But if grubby cant go because he is player first i understand. He also has a wife, so this is a huge decision for him, Does he bring his wife? does she stay home? . I dont think there is any denying that going to korea to cast will be helpful to both his casting and playing career since he will get the korean ladder to train on.

I love Grubby's casting, but as evident from all those behind the scene GOM videos, there's a lot more to casting then just showing up for a x amount of hours and talking. Tastosis said they decide their plan on the train in. I'm not sure what this extra time-consuming process could be.

Antway, I really wish Moletrap to stay, and i find that he got better today. Note that he was alone and casting the OSL is not easy. Plus, if Grubby joins it would be very cool, but don't throw away Moletrap... He's fine imo.

Nothing against Grubby, I just don't think that makes sense for him unless he is looking to retire as a progamer. But that's obvious his decision so I have nothing to say either way. I just post here because some people spew unwarranted hate toward Moletrap, while being blindly fanboys thinking anything will make Grubby happy.
