As far as I can tell, casting for OSL can't be anywhere close to "full-time" even if commitment and pay can reflect it, its still only 2-3 days a week, with some dry weeks aswell.

But casters are certainly needed I imagine with 4 leagues run at the same time aswell as sub-divisions & qualifiers.

it would be great listening to Grubby commentating, but Id rather see him playing the game and prosper that way. I feel like this is time for Grubby to improve on his skill on this game to win a tournament. Not trying to be a castor already. He can do that later in his life.

Poor Moletrap, being thrown into the deepend like that - I thought, under the circumstances, he did pretty well today and it seemed like it would have been great fun if DoA had been there and the stream/sound issues had been resolved.

Grubby - well I like to hear him talk but I love to see him play, and being one of the few players that can go toe-to-toe with the Koreans I really hope he keeps playing and maintains this sure and steady rise. Plus they don't need to bring him in for me to watch it - it's the fucking OSL!

Grubby's casting is insanely insightful, and he is also a master at buying time when players are setting up/technical difficulties etc. without resorting to the whole "technology is the vehicle of eSports,...sorry guys I don't have anything interesting to say so let's have awkward silence or my co caster will carry me"

would love to have him cast OSL!

OSL was pretty bad today, Moletrap either need to talk about half as much or stop pretending to call the games because he's so off so many times T.T. Grubby will be perfect to fill the role OSL needs (as a good caster) and even though DoA (who I would argue is a quality caster if you like his style) is out of comission Grubby will hold down the sails while OSL moves forward.

Grubby has a wife and life in the Netherlands, I doubt he would take the offer. Also, screw everyone flaming Moletrap. The guy tries hard and he isn't a bad caster, and most of the haters are bandwagoners. Did anyone actually watch the OSL yesterday? Moletrap did about as well as a solo caster can do.

I feel bad for Moletrap as a person, but he hasn't even really been an integral part of the sc2 community for a while now. He never had much knowledge of the game (imo at least) and, correct me if I'm wrong, he went to cast LoL for a while with torch. But I like to support eSport so I still watch.
