It makes a big difference really. Keeps your mind fresh and also allows you to practice more, rage less, overall just good. I believe the IM coach said something about how it is required of the players that they go to the gym in order to play with them. They come up with these builds because they are looking at it from a different perspective, things are more clear. | ||
