what is the point of blight starting all these teams, only to have them get disbanded or slammed by the community because he took advantage of the players? it makes no sense on why he would waste all this time screwing with people's lives, i mean, he can't be making huge amounts of money from him.

Anyway, at least cArn got out of there, and i wish him well on his future endeavors!

He knows the 'manager' of this team got banned from TL (and ostracized from everywhere else) for his stupid announcements, and the lies/nonsense spouted in thread arguments, right?

And he knows that the sponsors list on their website are either straight up fake or really out of date, right?

Guy seems strangely attracted to bad deals.

I have no idea how the top players and teams deal with the SC community so i might be way off, i don't know if it's any different from how i learn about new players, teams, events etc. But shouldn't a top/high ranked player such as carn know about scammers like this? It was pretty much a known fact to everyone (on TL at least) that Blight/Blackfoger was a scammer. It's so sad to see a relatively known player get dragged into bullshit such as this when it could have been easily avoided.

Almost all teams have some problems, not to this extent fortunately but chances of being scammed or simply not paid salaries/refunds are quite common. Sometimes you just have to trust the other part. Obviously that's the extreme case where you shouldn't trust the team promises but sometimes it's not so well known among the community.

Yeah, in cases where it's a more or less brand new team with no previous history, i can understand people giving them a chance and then get hustled but when it comes to blight/blackfoger and their previous history i just don't understand how people can miss that, especially people that have been in the SC scene for a long time.
