Riiiight that's why no protoss but MC can reliably hold the roach max even though they know it's coming. Not parting. Not Squirtle. Not Naniwa. Stronger queens limit protoss agro just like terran. Agro neccesary to limit zerg's exponential growth. Stronger queen is lynchpin to zerg whole economy.

DRG is a GSL Code-S champion, and pretty much the best zerg player in the world (zerg also being arguably the best race at the moment). Naniwa is great, but even he knows he's the underdog. Creator tends to do 2 base blink stalker (and put down the 3rd base while moving out) against Z, to avoid max Zerg.

In group play he wanted to face Protoss and Terran not a Zerg. We know his Zerg is the weakest. I do feel bad for Naniwa that he has to face DongRaeGu in the group of 8. Even if Naniwa does lose he has been super impressive in GSL.

Naniwa has always been "keeping it real" - as you put, even back in the WC3 days. He always spoke his mind and showed emotions (mostly rage) without hesitation.
However I do not remember him being disrespectful or overly arrogant. If he said something which might have been mistaken as disrespect, it was in the end just what he thought - without any intention to insult somebody.
When he said he would win something, he did so because he was confident and because by rather objective judgement from his perspective would predict so.
The way DRG was quoted in this interview do not only resemble confidence, but arrogance. That is how I feel. The unpleasant thing about this is that I perceived DRG to be a nice guy. Either the interview is a tad misleading or DRG has appearantly changed for the worse. May be too much succes gotten to his head? No idea.
But saying finals is no problem (This upsets me more than the Naniwa part tbh), is plain cocky.
The point is not that DRG behaves like this, but the fact that he seemed to be a nice, friendly guy - which totally contradicts the things said in this interview.

He could go all the way if the three zergs wernt in his way. PvP is sorta random at the tippy top. One week MC will shut out Squitle next week vis versa. SO he could take MC and Seed. He's probably the second best PvTer so I think he beats Taeja and Byun. But no way he beats these Zergs. MC will have to do it.
