Nestea's got a gf! yay!

Korean pros say jokey arrogant stuff about other players all the time, but if Naniwa says anything similar people assume he's 100% serious and BM. Imagine the shitstorm there would have been if Naniwa had danced his units when beating Genius, and yet Korean players (including DRG) dance their units all the time as well as dropping manner mules, making manners nexuses etc.
And lol at people trying to say DRG is usually humble- I've seen DRG say plenty of cocky things in other interviews.
There's nothing wrong with players talking smack sometimes and some of you need to realize Naniwa just does the same thing the Korean players do and stop acting so butthurt about him.
Uhhh there is no double standard in this scenario. DRG is similar to MC. They said plenty of stuff that make people think they are cocky but in reality they are humble people. Those comments they make are for the sake of entertainment.(Idra said MC make many ceremonies on him but MC is a nice person in general).Same here with DRG smacktalking with Naniwa. I agreed with you there is nothing wrong with players smack talking sometimes but the thing is Naniwa has a history in BM-ing and has created many controversial events and so on eventhough he has now improved in terms of skill and personality compare to the past. The bad history will always be there whereas DRG doesn't have any. That's why some people are butthurt about him or so you called it. Also, DRG is a GSL Champion.XD When Naniwa says anything cocky, it's BM. When a Korean player says anything cocky or does BM ceremonies it's for the sake of entertainment. Why does Naniwa never get the benefit of the doubt like the Korean players? Naniwa's said plenty of humble things (like what he said in the first page of this thread about being the underdog) but haters like you choose to ignore those comments.
I don't hate Naniwa btw. Just stating that Naniwa has a bad history whereas SC2 Korean player doesn't have any with a few exception(Byun,Coca,Choya). That's the reason. Also,Naniwa is a really blunt person like Idra.
Humble??.......

He has already served his military term few years back =)
Naniwa's ceremony = magnet for shitstorm lol.

If Naniwa wins over DongRaeGu, I hope he just play it cool without making some kind of cermony. That would be more baller than making a cermony becaues of smashtalk in an interview.

Dongraegu would be fucked if he lose to naniwa

OMFG REALLY? I kept reading people asking about whether or not Nestea served it already, and kept seeing answers of people saying that he hasn't yet. No wonder Nestea hasn't talked about worrying about entering military service <3
Wow this is awesome <3 thx for replying btw

He was very good and up and coming player but then he did his service and when he came back everyone had just improved so much.and the game had changed. Like, imagine someone in the top from late 2010/early 2011 sc2 going away ~2 years and then jump into sc2 again. They would be so bad and probably not have a chance to catch up again. I think it was something like this that happened to da ZerGb0nG~~

Oh, the double standards.. Anyway, great play by DRG. Well Naniwa has a history in BM-ing and also isn't that likeable compared to DRG. That one is a PR nightmare. Flaming MC/DRG/Nestea/EG. No idea what he is thinking when he says those things. Naniwa flames everyone if he is in a bad mood even the tournament organisers(MLG). He is such a good player but he just crushes his own reputation with all those comments he made in the past and present. No idea why he do those stuff unless he wants attention. I don't think its attention. I think its just...he doesn't think its wrong. Some people just aren't good socially. Skill wise I will give you that he is good. Socially.. :/
Haters gonna hate. Plus it's always fun to read them.
Naniwa is just extremely honest with what he feels. He's young, he'll learn, that it's better to not say some things in order to be called "socially skilled"...

Anyone that knows Naniwa from the wc3 times knows that this guy reeks of arrogance and has a gigantic ego, despite never winning anything of note till recently, meh.
